Q. How does Foodklik work?

A. We are all about easy ordering. You can search and order from different restaurants in your vicinity through our apps and website. After you have placed an order, you will receive an SMS confirming your order has been received by the restaurant. The restaurant is then in charge of preparing and delivering your order. Should you have any changes regarding your order, you can contact our helpline number.

Q. How do I place an order?

A. Just enter your area, or your favorite cuisine or food, or restaurant name in our search box on homepage and choose from a list of restaurants that deliver to you, select the food items you want to order and checkout. You can choose to pay through Credit card, Netbanking, debit card or cash on delivery.

Q. Can I place takeaway or carryout orders on Foodklik?

A. Yes, you can place takeaway orders on Foodklik.

Q. Can I cancel or add an additional item to my order after I have placed an order?

A. The order is immediately sent to the Restaurant after you place an order. In case you want to cancel the order, please contact our helpline no. or restaurant to cancel the order. Please note, that the order can be cancelled only within a limited time after placing the order generally within 10 minutes. You can also add an additional item by contacting our helpline number. Please note, that you can add an additional item within 20 minutes of placing order with us.

Q. Do I need to pay extra to use this site?

A. No, you do not need to pay anything extra for using our services. However, home delivery charges differ from restaurant to restaurant. The restaurant details page mentions the extra delivery charges of the restaurant if any.

Q. Can I have multiple addresses for delivery?

A. Yes, you can store as many delivery addresses possible by becoming a registered user.

Q. Is there a guaranteed delivery time?

A. Foodklik is not responsible for the delivery and therefore is not responsible for the delivery time. Delivery time varies from restaurant to restaurant. Moreover, it also depends on the weather, traffic etc and other unforeseen circumstances. However, you can always check the status of your order by clicking on track your order or contact our helpline number.

Q. How do I write a review?

A. At Foodklik, we want honest reviews and honest opinions. Therefore, you can write a review only after you place an order with us. You can write a review via the link in the follow-up email that you will receive after ordering or by clicking on review link in order history on the site.

We are not into abusive language, and we want the review to be as genuine as possible and so vulgar reviews won’t be posted.

Q. Nothing is showing up in my Area or I can’t find my favorite local restaurant?

A. We are a fairly new and growing company and try to cover as many areas as possible. We are constantly working to add new restaurants to our database. You can help by suggesting us your favorite restaurants that are not listed and we will try our level best to partner up with them.

Q. What methods of payment do you accept?

A. We accept all the major credit cards, Netbanking, Debit Cards, Cash on delivery. Moreover you can also deposit funds in advance with us through our wallet and earn reward points which can be redeemed when you place an order subject to terms and conditions.

Q. What is Foodklik Wallet?

A. Foodklik wallet is your own special wallet which can be used to pay for orders on Foodklik web or mobile app. You can deposit funds in your wallet through Credit Card, Net banking, or Debit cards. You can earn reward points every time you deposit funds.

Q. What are the benefits of using Foodklik Wallet compared to other methods of payment?
A. By using your wallet, you earn reward points which can be used as discount while placing orders. Moreover, you never have to worry about entering your credit card details every time you place an order or don’t have to worry about change for Cash on Delivery orders. With wallet, you get the convenience of one click checkout.

Q. How does the wallet work?
A. Every time you use your wallet to check out or place an order, the total amount of the order is deducted from your balance. The Remaining balance can be used for future orders.

Q. I have unused balance in my wallet? Can I withdraw it?

A. Yes, your balance is your money. You can withdraw unused balance anytime. You just have to send a request through email requesting withdrawal of funds. Your request will be processed within 7 to 10 business days. For withdrawal of unused balance write to us at customercare@foodklik.com

Q. Can I transfer my unused wallet balance to Friends/ Relative Account?

A. We would love to but unfortunately, we cannot due to banking rules and regulations.

Q. How do I earn rewards/referral points?

A. There are multiple ways you can earn reward points.

  • a). The easiest way for you to earn reward points is by completing your profile by telling us a little bit about yourself such as your birthday, gender, anniversary date, favorite cuisine. You can earn 10 points one time by completing your profile. Click here to go to your profile page.
  • b). You can also earn upto 25 reward points by referring your friends and family. All you have to do is send them a personal invite through email and make sure that the recipient of the email uses Foodklik services to register and order food and you get rewarded. Please note that you get points only if the recipient uses the link to order food. Just sending an invite email link will not earn you any points. You can refer as many friends and family you want.
  • c.) You can also earn reward points by depositing funds with using our wallet services. You earn 20 points every time you deposit funds with us through our wallet services.

Q. Can I encash my reward points or transfer?
A. No, reward points are not transferrable and they cannot be encashed.

Q. Is there any other way I can earn reward points?

A. We will be running promotions from time to time where you will get many chances to earn rewards. At the moment, the ways mentioned above are the only ways you can earn reward points.
