This is a branch of Bhatiyar Gali in the city selling samosas since 1994 with 8 branches in the city. Crispy small samosas are mutton mince wrapped in thin pastry strips and can be deep fried at home or eaten at the joint. Melty kebabs from meat and chicken as balls are savories Amdavadis just cannot do without with naan or rich khumaas. These are also flown to Gulf and other Middle East countries besides Surat and Bombay.
